Getting started is simple:

Step 1: Complete the Intake Form

Step 2: Receive Your Personalized Quote

You will receive a personalized quote, which may include:

·      Notary fees (per document or signing)

·      Travel/mobile fees (if applicable)

·      Any additional services (witnessing, copies, etc.)

Step 3: Pay the Scheduling Fee or Full Payment & Schedule Your Appointment

·      Use the booking link to select a convenient time, and you will receive an email confirmation.

·      Payment may be completed at the appointment if not already paid online.

Step 4: In-Person Notarization

I will meet you at your preferred location at the scheduled time. During the appointment:

·      You will present a valid, government-issued photo ID

·      We review your document(s) to ensure they are complete

·      You sign the document(s) in my presence

·      The notarization is completed and your documents are finalized

Step 5: Confirmation & Follow-Up

·      You will receive a follow-up email confirming completion of your notarization, along with digital copies of your documents.

Step 4: Join the Secure Live Video Session

·      At the start of your session, your identity will be verified using a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID).

·      Your identity must be confirmed before proceeding.

Step 5: Meet with Me Online

·      I will confirm your understanding of the document and answer any procedural questions.

Step 6: Sign Electronically

·      You will sign your document electronically while I observe in real time.

Step 7: Notarization Is Completed

·      I will apply an electronic notary seal and digital certificate.

·      The entire session is recorded and securely stored, as required by Florida law.

Step 8: Receive Your Notarized Document

·      Once complete, you will receive your notarized document electronically, ready to download, share, or submit as needed.

Each notarization is personally managed on an individual basis, with pricing thoughtfully determined based on the details and complexity of your request. After reviewing your intake form, I will provide a personalized, transparent quote.

In Lake, Citrus, and Sumter Counties, Florida, only. Additional fees may apply for rush requests or long-distance travel.

A non-refundable scheduling fee is required to reserve your appointment. This fee covers document review and preparation and is applied toward your final notarization service.
